Sreeleela Speaks Honestly On Balancing Films And Family Values
Up next, she’s got a pretty packed schedule. Mass Jathara with Ravi Teja, Ustaad Bhagat Singh with Pawan Kalyan, and another one called Parasakthi.;
There’s a certain ease in the way Sreeleela moves through two different worlds, one filled with camera lights and another rooted in quiet family values. She somehow manages both without losing her balance. In a film industry that keeps pushing for bolder choices, she still picks stories that feel genuine and simple. The Guntur Kaaram actress, who’s slowly but surely become one of the most bankable young stars in Tollywood, recently spoke her mind about the kind of roles she’s drawn to.
In a chat, Sreeleela said she looks for roles that sit right with her. She doesn’t want to do something that makes her uncomfortable or that her family would frown upon seeing it on the silver screen. “I love doing films I can watch with my family, or with my husband in the future,” she said, half-laughing. Her family is quite traditional, and though they might raise an eyebrow at certain things that show discomfort, they also understand that times are different now. She tries to stay in that middle ground, respectful, but not rigid.
Sreeleela also kept it real when she said her views might change. “Right now, I might say no to some characters that are bold or negative, but maybe later I’ll feel different about them,” she admitted. It wasn’t a rehearsed line or a polished answer, it was just her being honest. That kind of self-awareness feels rare these days.
Up next, she’s got a pretty packed schedule. Mass Jathara with Ravi Teja, Ustaad Bhagat Singh with Pawan Kalyan, and another one called Parasakthi. On top of that, she’s making her Bollywood debut, one with Kartik Aaryan. Busy, but she doesn’t sound tired of it yet. Maybe that’s the secret, doing it all but still staying real.
