Jayalalithaa's Condition improving: Apollo Hospital

Chennai-unit of Apollo Hospital has issued a press release to assure that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa has been responding to the treatment. She is on Antibiotics and necessary clinical measures were taken to treat infection.

Subbaiah Viswanathan, Apollo Hospital's Chief Operating Officer, told Jayalalithaa was advised to stay in the hospital for few more days.

International Specialist Dr.Richard Beale from Guy's and St.Thomas Hospital in London has reached Chennai on September 30th to examine CM Jayalalithaa's condition. He had detailed discussion with the Expert Group of Doctors at Apollo Hospital and after which they decided to continue the antibiotics & clinical measures. The London-based specialist who is good at treating cardio-respiratory physiology and sepsis has returned to UK after offering his suggestions on Jayalalithaa's health condition.   

Jayalalithaa was admitted in Apollo Hospital on September 22nd after she complained of fever and dehydration.
