TDP MLA Revanth Reddy who was arrested on Sunday in connection with the Cash-for-Vote scam might face an imprisonment up to 7 years if all the charges against him were proven.
ACB Sleuths filed a case against him under Section 120B of Prevention of Corruption Act and 34 of Indian Penal Code. These sections are non-bailable and the fact that they are cognizable works against the legislator.
As per Section 34, A charge-sheet will be filed against those people involved. Based on the progress of the case, Few more Sections will be added.
Experts say, Revanth Reddy might be imprisoned for more than 7 years in Jail if he was found guilty. Video Footage of conversation between Revanth Reddy and TRS MLA Elvis Stephenson is going to very crucial in this case.
