Aamir Khan eyes Chiru classic

Aamir Khan is one actor who always prefers original scripts instead of remakes. Unless something impresses him immensely, he wouldn't not even think of attempting what other actors have already done. Earlier, Suriya's Ghajini made him star in its Hindi remake. Now, A Telugu flick is making the iconic actor repeat the act.

As per the sources, Aamir Khan is keen on starring in the Hindi remake of Chiranjeevi's Rudraveena which is being directed by legendary K Balachander. The B-Town actor is highly impressed with the ease of action shown by Megastar and the conviction with which the unit has worked on this film with a good social message.

Chiranjeevi himself produced Rudraveena on his home banner Anjana Productions. Though the film was a commercial failure, it earned enough critical acclaim and also won a National Award. An actor of Aamir's stature expressing his interest to star in the remake is a great honour for Chiru and his team.
