AP Govt Initiated New Industrial Policy At APIIC Office

The Andhra Pradesh government led by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy which is not leaving any stone unturned to develop the state and make the best use of the resources made another step in this regard.

Minister for Industries, Commerce, and Information Technology Mekapati Goutham Reddy launched the "Industrial Development Policy at the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation(APIIC) office.

Nagari MLA, APIIC Chairman Roja Selvamani also took part in the Industrial Development Policy inaugural event that was held virtually as the ongoing pandemic is ringing the danger bells in the state.

The new industrial policy named "Industrial Development Policy 2020-23" aims at developing the regions in the state as well as cutting short the cost of doing business as a bid to nurture skill development.

The policy introduced by the government lends a helping hand for the Micro and Small firms in the state and empowering women entrepreneurs hailing from the backward communities.
