AP High Court Makes Crucial Remarks Over Legislative Council Abolishment

The Andhra Pradesh government led by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy which is very strong on its decision to have three capitals for decentralization of administration approved the bill in State Assembly.

With the opposition Telugu Desam Party(TDP) which enjoys a good strength in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council, tried to create a lot of problems for the crucial bills, the government abolished the council.

Now the Legislative Council abolishment reached the Andhra Pradesh High Court. The Constitution bench which heard a bunch of petitions in this regard made some crucial remarks.

The High Court said the Centre should take a decision on the Legislative Council and asked how the Court can interfere in the Rit?. The further hearing was postponed to the 14th of this month.
