Andhra Pradesh which is the third worst-affected state in the country with the pandemic outbreak continues to fear the virus as the fresh cases are increasing at a rapid phase.
In the last 24 hours, Andhra Pradesh reported 9544 fresh infections of the virus and the total cases zoomed to 334940. AP Straightaway reported more than 9,000 cases for the fourth consecutive day.
The health bulletin issued by the health department stated that in the last 24 hours, 55,010 samples were tested and 9544 people were found infected with virus. So far, the state tested a total of 31,29,857 samples were tested.
So far 3092 people succumbed to the dreaded virus in the state, including 91 people breathing their last breath in the last 24 hours.
According to the information provided by the health bulletin as many as 8827 patients were declared cured of the disease and the total recoveries mounted to 244045. The active cases stood at 87,803.
