TDP minister Shock To KCR'S Twin Towers Plans

Telangana government has planned to construct a world class police command and control center on an eight acre site at posh Banjara Hills area. Government has planned to construct the centre  with twin towers of 16 floors and 24 floors and helipads atop them. The telanagana  government had invited building designs from various companies  and KCR has approved one of them.

As per the plan the Multi-storied twin towers will be built on the lines of the police buildings in New York and London. Now KCR has received a shock from union ministry of aviation. The union minsitry headed by TDP leader  P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju have rejected the proposal stating that it would not allow the government to build police command control twin towers in Banjara Hills. The union ministry cities that the proposed towers are above a height of permissible limit. The minister said that the  height of the twin towers would pose a threat to security at Begumpet airport and also to the flights there.
