The companies recruited employees in big numbers last year. But they are making steps carefully to adjust the recruitment as per the current demand.
The experts say that the financial results in the previous financial year tell that the net appointments are coming down regularly in every trimester and in the coming days the appointments will come down even further. So it is said that the recruitment process would be stopped for the next six months. The Xpheno job report said that compared to the previous year, the job opportunities in March Trimester reduced by 56 percent and the same is likely to be continued.
The ongoing developments added fuel to the debate that the IT employees would face issues with that. The crisis in the global banking sector is resulting in negative aspects in the IT sector. Companies offering IT services for the banking, financial sector, and Insurance sectors are facing tough situations.
