CMs of Telugu States conveyed birthday wishes to Governor ESL Narasimhan who turned an year older Today. They, however, won't leave Raj Bhavan without discussing politics. After all, they are known to be full-time politicians.
CM Chandrababu Naidu might discuss about the Secretariat buildings which were under AP's control until recently. Telangana Government appealed Governor to handover the building to it as AP Secretariat employees have moved to the new office space in Velagapudi. However, AP Ministers decided not to fulfill the wish of T-Government.
As per 9th & 10th Schedule of AP Reorganisation Act 2014, Revenue share of corporations should be divided in 58-42 ratio. However, Telangana Government kept delaying the process.
Even though Supreme Court has given clear instructions over sharing of assets, Telangana Government is mulling to move the court again seeking a favorable decision. Telangana Government is yet to pay the its share to clear the dues pending with Singareni. AP Govt might convey that transfer of powers to T-Government on Secretariat buildings willn't be allowed until these issues were resolved.
