It has been widely reported that a 50 year old COVID 19 patient lost his life after he jumped from a seven storeyed building. This reported shocking incident took place at the Trauma care center in Victoria Hospital in Bengaluru.
Going into details, the old man whose details were yet to be confirmed tested COVID 19 positive on the 24th of April and got admitted to the Victoria Hospital and shifted to ICU as per his health dialysis was recommended for him.
Reportedly he jumped from the seventh floor after breaking the fire exit and the alleged incident took place at 8:30. When the hospital staff heard a sound they rushed to the spot.
He was spotted dead reportedly. A police case was filed and an investigation is undergoing to check whether its a suicide or an accidental death. This alleged incident takes the COVID-19 deaths in Karnataka to 20.
