Despite taking many safety measures, the positive cases of COVID-19 are increasing in Telangana state ringing the danger bells. The positive cases increased at once with the attendees of the religious congregation held at Markaz Masjid in the Nizamuddin area of Delhi testing positive for the COVID-19 virus.
Telangana government which is taking all the safety measures has arranged a very big hospital in the Gachobowli area for which the sports complex belonging to the Sports Authority will be changed as a hospital.
In this building, 1500 bedded hospital will be used for treating the COVID-19 patients which will add greatly to the existing medical equipment and the works related to that are going on a rapid phase.
Ministers KTR, Etela Rajender and Ranga Reddy Collector were given the responsibility of overseeing the works. They went to the Sports Authority complex and appreciated them from their work and directed the officials to make the hospital available by the 15th of April.
