US President Donald Trump is going to sign yet another executive order on Tuesday to reform the H-1B Visa Programme.

This Executive Order was intended to make Federal Agencies recommend reform of H-1B Visa programme meant for hiring highly-skilled foreign workers. Trump's Coterie believes H-1B Visas have been used to displace American Workers in the recent years. White House said in a statement that companies have been ruining opportunities for Americans using H-1B Visas. Even changes will be made to procurement practices to create more demand for American Products as part of Trump's 'Buy American and Hire American' Campaign.

Applications for H-1B Visas dropped to 199,000 this year from 236,000 last year. US Government allots H-1B Visas for 65,000 people using lottery system every year. Additional 20,000 visas were provided for students applying for higher studies.
