Former Minister Etela Rajender is increasing the political heat in Telalnagana with his no-filter talk. After resigning from his MLA post and TRS party membership, he had made sensational comments.
He made it clear that he would join the BJP party in one week. During his interaction with the media, the ex-Health Minister gave reasons on why he had opted to join the BJP party.
"I am from left ideology. But the current situations are driving me towards the BJP. I met BJP leaders in Delhi and spoke to Amit Shah over the phone. I will join the party in one week. Few more leaders would take my path. Once the situations come under control, a meeting will be held. If the speaker gives me an appointment, I would submit my resignation directly," Etela said.
He breathed fire on Chief Minister KCR during the interaction and accused said, working under KCR's ruling was like slavery. People in Huzurabad won't tend towards money and no one can influence the people there, he said.
Reacting harshly to Etela's comments, TRS leaders hit back at asked, why didn't he resign from his post, when he was not allowed to enter Pragathi Bhavan. He earned hundreds of crores in the wrong means, they accused.
