Janasenani Pawan Kalyan went to the national capital Delhi and met a few key Delhi leaders. As the Delhi tour happened suddenly, many wondered what made him visit Delhi without any information. Pawan Kalyan said that the meetings with the Bharatiya Janata Party would give positive outcomes for Andhra Pradesh.
Somu Veerraju, the chief of BJP for Andhra Pradesh made some interesting comments on Pawan Kalyan's Delhi tour. He said that BJP and Janasena are in an alliance and there is no doubt. He also said that there is nothing to worry about and everything is fine.
He made these comments in the wake of reports of a possible alliance between Janasena and TDP. Pawan Kalyan met Chandrababu Naidu earlier and when PK's Vizag tour was spoiled by the govt citing rules, the TDP chief stood in solidarity with the Jana Sena chief.
Pawan Kalyan's comments that Janasena is open to like-minded parties and wants to see that the votes get shares also added fuel that the 2014-like scenario would erupt and TDP and Janasena would join hands for the next polls.
So Somiu jumped in and said that there is nothing to worry about and the alliance is between BJP and Janasena. He made the comments in a way that the party wants to clear the airs at the earliest.
BJP might be strong in many states, but Andhra Pradesh is not among them. Since 2014, the saffron party has been trying to get strong in the state. But nothing is working. For this, it allied with Janasena in 2019. BJP has to walk with Pawan to get votes as there are no popular leaders.
