Creating many concerns and fears, Congress MLA Imran Khedawala who met Gujarat Chief Minister and another key official has tested positive for the dreaded COVID virus.
Deputy Municipal Commissioner Om Prakash Machra confirmed that the MLA tested positive for the virus following which the MLA will be admitted to a COVID-19 hospital.
Imran Khedwala and some other Congress MLAs were present in a meeting chaired by the Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani at the official residence of CM where many top rank officials were also present.
Following this, two other MLAs were sent to quarantine and the Chief Minister's residence was also sanitized. All the safety measures were also taken so that the virus is not spread further.
