Star producer Daggubati Suresh Babu have a sigh of relief. In a major respite to the filmmaker High Court stayed the city civil court order suspending him from serving as the president of Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce. Few months before City Civil Court in Hyderabad suspended Suresh Babu from serving as the president of Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce.

Suresh Babu elected as the new president of Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce on last year july but his election was challenged by his rival distributor Muralimohan, who argued that he did not have the required qualifications to contest the elections.

He alleged that Suresh has not paid any money to the government as an exhibitor nor he does possess a certificate proving he is an exhibitor of movies.

Though he has many theatres in both telugu states, he doesn't have a certificate to prove that he is an exhibitor on his name.  This technical mistakes made by Suresh Babu was the reason for his suspension by the city civil court.

Suresh Babu has moved  to High Court on this issue and the High Court, which heard the arguments, stayed the city civil court order. Orders to this effect were issued on Mondayby Justice G Chandraiah.
