Telangana reported 27 fresh cases of the dreaded disease in the past 24 hours which takes the toll of the total cases in the state to 1,661. To date 40 succumbed to the disease.
Hyderabad tops the list of districts with the most number of cases in the state with 472 cases. On the other hand, 1,015 patients managed to recover from the disease and get discharged from the hospitals accordingly.
