India Manages To Maintain A Stable Dwindle In Fresh Coronavirus Infections

India continues its spree to maintain a stable dwindle in fresh Coronavirus as India witnessed a decrease in fresh Coronavirus infections and fatalities in the last 24 hours.

According to the information provided by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), India witnessed 61,267 fresh infections, and the total cases mounted to 66,85,083.

On the other hand, fresh fatalities too decreased slightly with 884 patients breathing their last. With this, the total casualties rose to 1,03,569 with a mortality rate of  1.5 percent.

The total recoveries in India pass surged 56-lakh mark and rise to 56,62,49, with 75,787  patients beating the dreaded virus in the past 24 hours. India holds a global record of containing the highest number of recoveries.

Andhra Pradesh added 4256 fresh cases taking the toll of the total cases in the state to 723512. Total fatalities pas surged 6000 marks, as 6019 people succumbed to the virus.

Telangana witnessed  1335 fresh cases in the past 24 hours. With this, the state's caseload mounted to 2,02,594. With 10 fresh casualties, total fatalities rose to 1181.

The global caseload rose to a record 35,624,780. So far, a total of 26,771,212 patients have been recovered from the virus, while 1,044,501 patients succumbed to the dreaded virus.

United States(7,662,635 cases), India(6,685,082), Brazil((4,918,022) and Russia (1,225,889) are the worst-hit nations globally with the Covid-19 outbreak which account for 60 percent of the global caseload.
