India Missing Rafale Jets: Narendra Modi

Update: 2019-03-03 12:31 GMT
Prime Minister Narendra Modi told India is missing the absence of Rafale Jets after Pulwama Terror Attack. He believes the results could have been different had if India have the fighter jets when it carried out the air strikes.

Modi told India suffered so much due to the selfish motives in the past and now due to the politics over Rafale. He went on to say anyone is free to criticise him but nobody should harm the security interests of the country.

PM accused Congress of beginning defence scams with Jeeps and then resorted to corruption in procuring weapons, submarines and choppers.

Immediately, Rahul Gandhi took a jibe at PM Modi holding him responsible for the delay in arrival of the Rafale Jets. He accused Modi of stealing Rs 30,000 crore and offering it to his friend Anil Ambani. He blamed Modi for delaying Rafale Jets and making brave Wing Commanders like Abhinandan risk their lives with outdated Jets.
