Akshay Ruparelia, an Indian-origin Teenager, has emerged as UK's Youngest Millionaire.

The 19-Year-Old who is still in School began running an online real estate agency. Expertise in negotiating property deals and selling properties at a fraction of the cost charged by high-profile agents has really worked for this Teenager. Within 16 months after the launch, The website 'doorsteps.co.uk' stood as 18th Biggest Estate Agency in Britain.

First Assignment: A couple of weeks after starting his business, A Man from Sussex approached Akshay Ruparelia to sell his house and a piece of land beside it. Then, Akshay had to offer 40 pounds for his Sister's boyfriend to take him to Sussex to capture the photos of the house as he neither have driving license nor car. He was able to complete this deal successfully within three weeks and from then there is no looking back.

Akshay began his company with 7,000 pounds which he borrowed from relatives. By now, He sold properties worth over 100 million pounds and employs 12 people who are working Moms.
