Virender Singh Yadav, a Delhi police constable, passed away on December 13th this year after being hit by an unidentified vehicle while guarding the route Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe travelled for reaching airport post the completion of his India tour. While Indian PM hardly bothered about the incident, His Japanese counterpart sent a bouquet of flowers and a condolence letter to the deceased cop's house.
