Jr. Doctor Succumbed To Virus After Fighting For One Month

Ever since the ongoing pandemic hit India many heart-wrenching incidents surfaced which gives us an idea of the impact left by the contagious disease. One more incident added to the list where a frontline warrior succumbed to the contagious disease.

Going into details,  Dr. Joginder Chaudhary who renders his services as the junior resident doctor at Delhi government's Baba Saheb Ambedkar (BSA) Hospital breathed his last breath after fighting the virus for one month.

The doctor contacted the respiratory disease while treating the pandemic patients and was admitted to the state-run Lok Nayak Hospital (LNJP Hospital) for further treatment.

However, he was shifted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital after his health condition derogated severely. He lost his life battling for over 30 days and sadly, the treatment could not save him.

The hospital charged him with a bill of 3.4 lakh. The Baba Saheb Ambedkar doctors' association raised around 2.8 lakh to pay the bill while the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital came forward to take the burden of the remaining amount.
