What did KCR order TRS MLAs to do?

Update: 2016-10-20 11:54 GMT
Usually, MLAs prefer to stay in Hyderabad rather than at their Constituencies. Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao realized that this trend is of no use to the people. Hence, He passed clear instructions to the lawmakers asking them to remain in their constituencies and focus on local issues. It is being speculated that TRS Supremo asked the MLAs not to step out of their segments without his permission.

KCR made it clear to Legislators that they should come to Hyderabad only when Party instructs them to do so. On the other hand, MLAs were questioning what's wrong if they stay in the capital as long as Administration is unaffected?

Apparently, KCR obtained Survey reports on the performance of MLAs from Intelligence Wing. As people have complained about lack of access to their MLA, CM ordered party legislators to remain in their constituencies to address the issues of the people at the earliest.

People are happy about the latest decision taken by KCR. They believe this move would bring the issues arised due delimitation of districts to the notice of state government at the earliest. MLAs could develop healthy relations with officials and people if they spend enough time in their constituency.
