Kiran-Botsa differ on resignations

Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana have difference of opinion when it comes to resignations of Seemandhra MLAs and ministers protesting the division of the state.

CM Kiran has been asking all of the public representatives to wait for the Telangana resolution to come to the state assembly for voting against it. He fears Telangana bill might pass without any hurdle if the MLAs resign much in advance and confidently says parliament cannot approve the T-bill if state Assembly rejects the resolution.

On the other hand, PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana says he has received indications of Congress high command planning to approve the Telagana bill without the consent of state assembly. He feels Centre would re-consider theJuly 30th announcement if all the Seemandhra leaders does mass resignations.
