In Talk: Mahakutami Needs 165 Seats!

Update: 2018-09-11 16:32 GMT
There are 119 Assembly Constituencies in Telangana as of now. The Count would have gone up to 153 had if Centre carried out delimitation of constituencies. Mahakutami comprising of Congress, TDP, TJS and CPI is in need of anywhere around 150 seats.

7 out of 119 Seats can been exempted as mostly MIM wins these constituencies unopposed. Technically, All the other parties have been contesting in 112 segments.

Congress is very particular about fielding candidates in 90 constituencies. TDP, on the other hand, is keen to contest in 36 seats. Anything less than that is considered suicidal for the party which won 15 seats in 2014 Polls. Kodandaram's Telangana Jana Samithi eyes not less than 35 seats. Last but not the least, CPI wants at least 4-5 seats. Overall, 165 Seats will be required for Mahakutami to materialize. Which party is ready to compromise & which party is willing to sacrifice its seats for making it work?
