Tirumala Balaji Darshan Only Twice A Year

Update: 2018-01-26 07:34 GMT
AP Endowments Minister Manikyala Rao made a sensational statement. He informed about the proposal to restrict the darshan of Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy twice a year for the devotees.

Currently, Anywhere 70,000 to 90,000 people have been able to have the darshan of Lord Balaji per day. On an average, Around 30,000 devotees aren't able to get the darshan each single day.

Manikyala Rao made it clear People can't visit Tirumala as per their wish in future. He informed about the rule which allows devotees to reach Tirumala only in the time allotted for them.

Can the Minister apply the same rules for VIPs as well? If capable, AP Government need to provide better facilities rather than troubling common man with more restrictions. Did this proposal came to the notice of CM Chandrababu Naidu?
