Following the incident, more than 200 employees urged Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella to terminate the company's contracts with the Seattle Police Department and more enforcement agencies too.
Over 250 employees working with the multinational technology company have sent an internal mail to CEO Satya Nadella and Executive Vice President mentioning the tense situation surfaced post the incident, as per some media reports.
The employees have also urged the company to terminate all the contracts with the Seattle Police Department (SPD) and other law enforcement agencies as a bid to support the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement.
Earlier, Satya Nadella condemned the protests and said that there should be no place for hate and racism in society and added that he stands with the Black and African-American community.
