West Bengal minister Madan Mitra arrested by CBI today on allegations of illicit acts in sharada chitfunds. CBI took him into control after five hours of investigation today evening.
Madan Mitra is the third senior personality from Mamata government who arrested in Sharadha scam. Madan Mitra representing transport ministry facing allegations in using money of Shardha for his own business's. Even chief minister Mamata Benarjee also facing allegations in this case challenged CBI on its biased behaviour. Many of the convicted personalities committed suicide in various incidents adding strength to speculations on high profile personalities involvement.
