Following the announcement of the local body elections in AP, the TDP leaders are bidding goodbye to the party and joining the arch-rivals of the TDP the ruling YSRCP party.
As the latest jolt to the opposition TDP, senior leader, MLC Shamantakamani and her daughter former MLA Yamini Bala have joined the ruling party in presence of AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy.
It has been widely reported that Shamantakamani and Yamini Bala are not happy with the TDP party treating them and as a result, the duo did not attend the legislative session, the TDP party conducted recently.
Talking about Yamini Bala, she was not given a chance in 2019, who emerged victoriously as MLA in 2014 elections, from the Singanamala constituency from the Anantapur district.
