Like Advani, he too is an essential organisation man, involved in building cadre, make them work and mobilise resources for a victory. Advani too did the same during Vajpayeeâs time. Vajpayee had the charisma and Advani had organisational acumen. Together it was a deadly combo.

Despite becoming a minister, he will have to pay attention to organisational works as at least four key states - Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Delhi and Haryana - are going to polls later this year.
