During his 3rd rally in election-bound Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday announced a package of Rs 1.25 lakh crore for the backward state.
Speaking at the rally held at Saharsa, Modi said: "I am announcing a package of Rs. 1.25 lakh crore from this land. It will change the face of Bihar"
On this occasion, Prime Minister quoted the total benefit Bihar would receive will be anywhere at Rs 1.65 lakh crore if Rs 40,000 crore allotted for the existing projects is added. He expressed the opinion that problems could be solved only with development and also promised to implement this package completely.
