The question paper leakage issues are turning out to be sensational in Telangana. We have seen how the Telangana State Public Service Commission(TSPSC) issue created a sensation in state politics. The issue also resulted in a face-off between the ruling party and the opposition parties. An SIT has been filed to probe the paper leak row.
It's the turn of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) to go through the leakages. A few question papers were leaked and appeared on WhatsApp. The issue took a big turn with the Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar's name popping up. The accused is said to be his aide.
Under a dramatic turn of events, Bandi Sanjay was arrested in connection with the case. CP of Warangal A V Ranganath spoke to the media and said that the pictures of question papers were clicked and shared on WhatsApp groups. One Shiva Ganesh shared the pictures with the media persons and Bandi Sanjay.
With Bandi Sanjay's arrest, the ruling BRS got a big opportunity to lash out at him. The likes of KTR, Kavitha, MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, and others started targeting him. They are alleging that it was the BJP behind the TSPSC row and that the case should be probed without any delay.
As per the media reports, multiple sections were slapped against Bandi Sanjay Kumar in this case. If we have to take anything from the reports, then 154 and 157 sections of the Code of Criminal Procedure(CRPR) were mentioned in the First Information Report.
