CBN - What you did was wrong!: Purandeswari

Update: 2017-08-02 11:33 GMT
BJP Leader Daggubati Purandeswari opined it's unfair to deny permission for padayatras and meetings in a democratic country. 'It's not right to stop the padayatra of Mudragada in a forcible manner. Everybody has got the freedom to do what they want in a democratic nation. A particular procedure is followed for granting reservations. If State Government moves ahead in a right manner, Centre will surely consider the proposal,' she said.

Purandeswari revealed Amit Shah ordered the party leaders to strengthen BJP from booth level to emerge as a strong force in AP by 2019. She told party leadership will take a decision on pre-poll alliance. 'Individual opinion doesn't matter. Central Leadership will take a final call. Our Party willn't form alliance for political gains…people's welfare and ideology would be given utmost importance,' says the former MP.

AP Government might face a setback if Mudragada challenges his house arrest in the High Court. The Kapu Crusader is determined to conduct padayatra whenever it might be possible.
