Veteran Bharatiya Janata Party leader(BJP) leader and ex-Minister Paidikondala Manikyala Rao, who recently contacted the ongoing pandemic breathed his last breathed in Vijayawada.
Going into details, 59-year-old Paidikondala Manikyala Rao contacted the virus last month and admitted to a hospital that is dedicated to treat the pandemic patients 20 days back.
With the leader developing symptoms of difficulties in taking breathing, he was shifted to a private hospital in Vijayawada last week and has been kept on ventilator support since then.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed his shock over the demise of former Minister and issued directives to conduct the funeral of the veteran with cremated with state honours.
The Andhra Pradesh CMO took to Twitter and tweeted that veteran leader will be cremated with state honours. The Tweet was made in Telugu.
