Steve Smith Gets Dragged At SA Airport

Australian Steve Smith is all over the news these days. The cricketer and captain of Australian team, expressed that he knew about ball tampering and allowed it to happen on field.

Cameron Brancoft is handed over the sandpaper and David Warner, the vice captain, is said to be the main conspirator, who initiated this plan in the dressing room.

Steve Smith admitted that leadership have planned it out after getting caught by cameras, playing against South Africa in Capetown, 3rd test match, in the ongoing Austrslian tour of South Africa.

Mid-tour as the controversy became huge, Steve Smith, David Warner and Cameron Brancoft are asked to return to Australia and Smith is removed as Captain.

Smith, Warner and Brancoft got ban from cricket for 12 months and 9 months, respectively. Warner will no longer be considered for leadership posts in Australian cricket.

Smith got dragged by Airport security in South Africa, Johannesburg Airport, and this made many cricketers react to it.

Shane Warne said that Smith is not a criminal and he shouldn't be treated like one. He also said that the punishments needed to be harsh but not too harsh that they effect cricketers careers.

Smith broke down at a press conference in Sydney Airport, upon returning to Australia and she asked for public forgiveness.
