The sensational YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case is not less than any edge-of-the-seat entertainer. Fresh names are popping up in connection in the case and new developments are taking place in the case at regular intervals. Earlier, big names surfaced in the case as the suspects.
One of the main suspects in the case Erra Gangireddy had expressed doubts on the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) over the way the agency is behaving in the case and questioned how come the approver can be left in the case. He moved Andhra Pradesh against the CBI and the petition came for gearing today.
Lawyer Adi Narayana who represented the petitioner told the court that Dastagiri who turned approver in the case was not arrested in the case by the CBI. Gangireddy also alleged that he is being framed into the case.
The CBI had countered the claims of Erri Gangireddy and sought time from the court to come with their arguments. Taking the arguments into consideration, the High Court adjourned the hearing to the 24th of this month.
Earlier the CBI urged that Gangireddy should not be given bail in the case as he can influence the witnesses in the case. However, the Court did not find any depth in the arguments and granted him bail. Since then, he has been alleging that he is being framed in the case.
