The Telangana State has bagged a rare honor.The newly formed state gets the prestigious Assocham's award and recognized as the best performing State in Skill Development and Entrepreneurship .
The state has bagged Assocham's award for skill development and entrepreneurship programmes that conducted in last three years.The award was conferred to the state for focusing on the theme of Realigning Skilling towards Make in India.R V Chandravadan, Labour Secretary, will receive the award behalf of the Govt in Delhi tomorrow from Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
The award was jointly constituted by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India in collaboration with various Ministries of Government of India.The State has been selected as the Best Performing State considering 23 parameters in Skill Development.
Telangana Government doing and providing the best in Skill Development comparing with other states.The state Government scheme undertaking REEMAP (Rajiv Education & Employment Mission A.P.) has provided placements to 5.3 Lakh Youth in different sectors, and trained 7 lakhs youth.
