Viswaroopan ban lifted, still Kamal need to fight!

Update: 2013-01-30 03:22 GMT
The Madras High Court has lifted the ban imposed by Tamilnadu government on Kamal Haasan's controversial flick Viswaroopam.

Citing law and order issues, Government's advocate defended the 15 days ban it has imposed just a day before the film's release. On the other hand, Kamal's lawyer argued that the ban is unconstitutional as the film had already been cleared by the Censor board.

Responding to verdict, Tamilnadu government announced it would appeal once again in the court seeking ban on the film.

Upset with the developments, Kamal described government's interference as 'cultural terrorism' and reiterated that his film is one of the most Muslim-friendly films in the recent past.

If everything goes well, Viswaroopan will be screened all over the world from Wednesday (January 30). Hope it gets a smooth release at least now!
