The Andhra Pradesh High Court had slammed the state government over the Government Order and asked what is stopping the government from uploading the GOs on government websites. During the arguments, the High Court asked who will decide the criteria of the Government Orders that get to be uploaded on the websites.
A bunch of petitions that were filed in the High Court against the non-availability of the Government Orders in websites came for the hearing today and the court heard the petitions. Lawyers representing both parties were present for the hearing and placed their arguments before the court.

The petitioners' lawyers said that not uploading the Government Orders goes against the Right to Information. The High Court heard the arguments of both parties and adjourned the next hearing to the 28th of this month.
