A real politician is one who acts according to the situation and plays according to the circumstances. And one politician who knows this art is none other than our dear KCR. KCR knows when to leave the ball alone and when to hit a sixer.
Consider this. When PV Narasimha Rao died a lonely death in Delhi, the Congress left him unwept, unsung and unhonoured. But, what did KCR do? KCR was a minister in Manmohan Singh cabinet and was singing paeons to Sonia Gandhi. He did not even condole PV's death. Not just that, he did not even attend the last rites of PV in Hyderabad. Till 2014, he was hobnobbing with Sonia Gandhi and the Congress and never once did he talk about PV. Not one statement !! In fact, PV was a diehard supporter of united AP and staunchly opposed the formation of Telangana. Naturally, KCR did not talk about PV till 2020 June as he was of no use. Now, PV is a useful tool to woo Brahmin voters, who are a very big chunk in the GHMC. Since GHMC is going to polls soon, he suddenly rediscovered PV to woo Brahmins.
That's typical KCR style. Once GHMC elections are over, the file pertaining to PV would be shoved in some corner of the farm house, say political watchers.
