What will be the electoral strategy of the parties that are major players in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, but are marginal players in Telangana during the upcoming GHMC elections. This is very important since these parties hold considerable ground and have pan-Telangana appeal. The support from these parties can actually tilt the scales and impact the outcome in several divisions of the GHMC.
