YSRCP Kadapa MP Attends Local Court In Vijayawada!

Update: 2023-01-11 13:49 GMT
As an unexpected development, YSRCP Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy and Devireddy Shankar Reddy were spotted together at a court. As Shankar Reddy is one of the accused in the death case of YS Vivekananda Reddy many felt that the ruling party MP might have gone to court in this case.

However, there is a twist to this. It is said that Avinash Reddy did not go to court in the former MP's case. The Kadapa MP reportedly attended the court in connection with the case that was filed against a few including him a few years back. The case was filed in 2015.

Back in 2015 Avinash Reddy and others took part in a Dharna in the Kadapa district and a case was filed against more than 80 people and they include Avinash Reddy and Devireddy Shankar Reddy.

The case is being heard by a court in the temple city Vijayawada and during the hearing, the accused in the case attended the court in connection with the case today. Though they attended the court in the old case many felt that they might have gone to the court in Viveka's case.

It is said that the next hearing in the case was postponed to the 23rd of this month and the accused in the case are expected to go to court again. However, there is no information on what the accused in the case told the court.

It's been more than two years since the central agency Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) took over the case of much-talked-about YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case. The case was recently transferred to Telangana for a better probe. The Court transferred the case to Telangana from Andhra Pradesh following the petition filed by YS Sunitha Reddy.
