Tupaki Analysis: Bloodbath Coming In Indian IT Sector?
It is being reported that a blood bath could be hitting the Indian IT market very soon as several leading companies across the globe have been firing human workers aggressively.
The Indian IT market had been facing severe complications for the last few months as companies have started to increasingly depend on artificial intelligence for day-to-day activities.
It is being established in principal that this ongoing blood bath is only going to return that much tougher in the days to follow as well. This is largely due to the complication that is being observed in the IT sector at the global level.
It is being reported that a blood bath could be hitting the Indian IT market very soon as several leading companies across the globe have been firing human workers aggressively.
For instance, we have the case of Microsoft, which is offering voluntary exit program to more than 60,000 of its employees globally. This would essentially mean that one out of every four Microsoft employee would be given the exit slip in the days to follow.
If a company as big as Microsoft, with billions of valuation is facing such a situation, then one can only expect what would be the condition with the smaller companies.
It should be a matter of time before the Indian IT market also collapse drastically as the big company leaders have been firing human workers. In terms of financial matters, the industry might sustain very well, but the human employees are going to face the attack now.
With several thousands of jobs being taken away from humans, every single day, it should be a matter of time before a big collapse happens in the social market.
The worst part here is that there is no coming back from this situation, either as artificial intelligence is more than capable of doing human jobs in the software industry. So the human workforce will have to search for other alternative solutions with no other option left now.
