Now Delhi AIIMS has come up with a shocking study on sperm quality and the deadly impact of unhealthy lifestyle habits like smoking, and drinking. The institution said that overuse of mobile phones is also a big issue that affects the DNA quality.

Infertility is the biggest issue people are dealing with of late. This is a big concern as far as the future of mankind is concerned. If the younger generation cannot produce kids then what would happen? This is the concern many have.

India is no different as the infertility rate is increasing in people. Experts who were part of the study say that it is common for the quality of the DNA or sperm to come down as they get old. On top of this, habits are leaving a big impact.

An unhealthy lifestyle, smoking, drinking, and consuming processed food is not good for your health. They affect the DNA quality and women might also face issues with pregnancy with this. The seriousness of the issue is that even if kids are born they would be born with issues that they would have to face for the rest of their lives.

Mobile phones have become an important part of our lives. However, over-usage will also affect. Besides radiation damaging the cells, it also affects the DNA quality and brings it down is what the experts say.

What the experts are saying is that people should stay away from such habits and develop a healthy lifestyle. They should keep themselves healthy and have a good lifestyle like exercising for a good amount of time.
