Chandrababu Now Has To Wait Till October 3rd!
It is known that he filed a quash petition in the Supreme Court in the AP Skill Development Scam.
Chandrababu’s legal fight to get relief in the cases filed against him is nothing short of a thriller. At regular intervals, twists and turns are popping up in the petitions he filed to get relief. Telugu Desam Party roped in senior Supreme Court lawyers to represent him in the cases.
The latest update in the case is that Chandrababu Naidu should have to wait till October 3. It is known that he filed a quash petition in the Supreme Court in the AP Skill Development Scam. In just one day, the petition saw many twists and the next hearing was adjourned to October 3.
When the hearing was about to start, Justice NVS Bhatti expressed a few objections to the hearing and said Not Before Me. Another judge on the bench Sanjeev Khanna told the same to Chandrababu Naidu’s lawyers and adjourned the case. But the lawyers moved the Chief Justice of India (CJI) bench.
The lawyers requested for the hearing of the case saying that the bench adjourned the hearing with Justice Bhatti having objections. However, the hearing was adjourned to the third of next month.
The petition was filed on Saturday and many hoped that the petition would be heard on Monday. But the court told the lawyers to come on Tuesday. The hearing did not happen on Tuesday as the Constitutional bench had to meet for a meeting. When the lawyers moved the court on Wednesday, the hearing was adjourned to next month.
