Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh are getting a lot of applause for team India’s World Cup glory. But a clutch player also made a significant contribution to the team’s unbeaten performance. We are talking about Hardik Pandya, the all-rounder.

Hardik Pandya has been a clutch player for India in the ICC events. His lone fight in the Champions Trophy is a big example of this. He continued the same in the T20 World Cup too.

With the ball and bat he made valuable contributions. In particular to the final match he was exceptional. He bowled two crucial overs and took India to the win. In his first over he sent dangerous Heinrich Klaasen back to the pavilion.

In his second over he sent back David Miller. The two wickets were very crucial given their ability to score big boundaries. In Axar Patel’s over Klassen scored over 20 runs changing the equation.

Hardik Pandya did not let the pressure impact his performance and gave his best. If not for his two overs the situation might have been different. His performance was so impactful that Rohit Sharma planted a kiss on his cheek.

The iconic Wankhede Stadium saw some wild celebrations by players and fans. What caught everyone's attention is that the Mumbai Crowds which earlier booed Hardik Pandya chanted his name.

Everything changed for him in just a few months. He saw a lot of hate from the fans and he was successful in transforming it into love. We might see the crowds loving him from now on without any hate.
