Macharla EVM Row: Sajjala Has A Few Questions For EC!

Talking about the orders issued by the Election Commission agonist the MLA, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy asked why the EC ordered without checking the authenticity of the video which is being circulated.

Even after the polling, we are talking about the Andhra Pradesh elections. Thanks to a few incidents that happened on polling day people are talking about the polling to date. We saw an MLA slapping a voter and the voter slapping him back.

As if that is not enough another sensational news came to light which says an Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) was destroyed at a polling booth and YCP MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy is facing allegations in this.

Since yesterday there has been a lot of sensation around the news. It is said that the MLA’s driver and other staff were arrested by the cops. A lookout notice was also issued for him. Amid this Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy made a sudden entry into the issue.

The Andhra Pradesh government advisor raised a few questions on this issue. As per the news covered by Deccan Chronicle, he asked how the video was leaked and if the video was from the official webcasting source.

Sajjala said that earlier the Election Commission said seven incidents happened in the Macharla constituency. Having said that he asked about the remaining incidents and shed light on releasing them.

Stressing the Marcharla incident row, Sajjala said that EC should release all the vidoes concerning the issue and by doing so we would get clarity on what happened in the issue. His reaction is now doing round and all eyes are on the EC to see what response it would give.
