Pawan Kalyan had recorded a memorable win in the elections and recorded his maiden victory as a legislator. He won the Pithapuram MLA seat with a big margin and entered the Assembly House. He is the Deputy Chief Minister and holds a few crucial portfolios in the government.

However, the path to glory was not smooth. The then-ruling YCP worked hard to defeat him and an MP was fielded as the candidate. CM Jagan campaigned there. Earlier Pawan Kalyan was targeted saying that he didn't have a house there and he would leave the constituency after winning.

Putting all the criticism to rest, the Deputy Chief Minister purchased land in Pithapuram and the registration formality was also finished. Reports say that land spreading across 3.52 acres was purchased by the Janasena chief.

It is said that one acre costs Rs 15-16 lakhs there and he purchased 3.52 acres. The purchased land will be used for house and camp office construction. Reports say that the camp office would be set up in a big area. If we have to take anything from the media reports, the camp office might be constructed on two acres and a house would be constructed on the remaining land.

Earlier Pawan Kalyan said he would spend a few days in Pithapuram to meet the people to address their issues and now he is likely to construct a house to become a local.

It is known that ahead of elections Pawan Kalyan rented a house at Chebrolu. The three-storey building was used by Pawan Kalyan. Shorely he would function from the camp office in his land.

On the other hand, it is said that a few Janasena leaders are gearing up to buy ten acres of farms so that it can be used if needed.
