KTR Gets Shock In High Court: What Next?
In view of the investigation that has been commissioned by the ACB and ED, KTR moved the Telangana High Court for a quash petition.
The former IT minister of Telangana KTR finds himself in a legal mess after the Telangana government is alleging his involvement in the infamous Formula E case. In view of the investigation that has been commissioned by the ACB and ED, KTR moved the Telangana High Court for a quash petition.
Today, the quash petition came to a hearing at the Telangana High Court and it did not make for a good sight for KTR.
The Telangana High Court dismissed the quash petition that was filed by KTR in connection with the case. The court has permitted the investigation agencies to carry on with their investigation on this case without any further apprehension.
This will essentially mean that the ACB and ED are permitted to continue with the investigation on this formula case. KTR will have to comply with the investigation agencies and corporate by providing the facts related to the same.
It is known that both ACB and ED are actively pursuing this case now. In this context, the ACB has notified KTR to appear before them for investigation on January 9. The catch here is that the investigation agency asked KTR to arrive slowly without any legal support group.
